Our Mission
Our mission is to create a safe and fun environment for dogs to socialize and receive enrichment and praise while they're with us. Whether you're interested in socialization, enrichment, grooming, or training- Our staff is here to help cater to your dog's individual needs. Our staff have been certified in Pet First Aid and CPR and completed training courses in canine body language. Pampered Paws offers a variety of services to meet your pup's needs, including daycare, enrichment, training, and grooming!

Meet The Owner
Morgan Belt
Morgan has been honored to lead Pampered Paws since 2019. Her passion for animals and commitment to compassionate pet care have shaped the supportive and welcoming environment that Pampered Paws strives to provide every day.
Pampered Paws has been a true labor of love, with Morgan’s husband Geoff, family, and friends all lending their time and talents to continuous projects throughout the facility. Together, they have helped create a safe, thoughtfully designed space for dogs to learn, play, and thrive.
Morgan has seen the business go through many seasons of growth, but the most valuable investment she’s made has been in her team. While her heart is in building strong connections with dogs and their families, she’s equally passionate about creating a supportive environment where employees can learn, grow, and feel proud of the work they do.
Bre is a lifelong animal lover who has built her career around dog training and behavior. In addition to supporting our team and helping maintain a safe, structured environment, Bre also runs her own training company, Bea Pawsitive, and is passionate about rescue and rehabilitation. When she’s not at work, Bre enjoys time with her diverse animal family—including dogs, guinea pigs, horses, a cat, and a bunny!

Taiyah is a pro at running playgroups! She has a calm energy, strong work ethic, and is great at multi-tasking. Taiyah always makes time for a quick snuggle!

Daycare Attendant
Meg started as a daycare attendant and quickly worked her way up to Assistant Manager. She now oversees customer communications, new client onboarding, and daily operations. Known for her forward thinking and natural leadership, Meg is a trusted support system for both our team and the dogs in our care. At home, she enjoys time with her dogs Chance and Obie, cat Kenma, and horse Wrangler.

Jess has been assisting with keeping grooming operations running smoothly among our independent groomers and stylists. Contact Jess for assistance in finding the right groomer for you! She also offers grooming appointments on weekends. Call our main line and press 2 to reach her.

Brandyn has become an expert at figuring out what makes each dog tick during enrichment activities. He keeps our enrichment space engaging, challenging, and fun for dogs of all confidence levels. Watching dogs learn, grow, and build new skills is something he genuinely loves, and it shows in the progress they make each week.

Lily has an energy that dogs love- She is positive, upbeat, and her passion for animals is clear when she’s in the playgroups. She comes to us with experience as a kennel tech and has completed her certifications in group-play handling. She is a fast learner and we are happy to welcome her to our team.

Nancy has been professionally training dogs since 2004, with a mission to strengthen the bond between dogs and their people through patient, encouraging, and effective positive reinforcement methods. She founded Pampered Paws Doggie Daycare in 2006 and continues to share her passion by leading training classes and weekend enrichment sessions. Her dedication to dogs and their families remains at the heart of everything we do.
