Our Mission
Our mission is to create a safe and fun environment for dogs to socialize and receive enrichment and praise while they're with us. Whether you're interested in socialization, enrichment, grooming, or training- Our staff is here to help cater to your dog's individual needs. Our staff have been certified in Pet First Aid and CPR and completed training courses in canine body language. Pampered Paws offers a variety of services to meet your pup's needs, including daycare, enrichment, training, and grooming!

Meet The Owner
Morgan Belt
Morgan has been honored to lead Pampered Paws since 2019. Her passion for animals and commitment to compassionate pet care have shaped the supportive and welcoming environment that Pampered Paws strives to provide every day.
Pampered Paws has been a true labor of love, with Morgan’s husband Geoff, family, and friends all lending their time and talents to continuous projects throughout the facility. Together, they have helped create a safe, thoughtfully designed space for dogs to learn, play, and thrive.
Morgan has seen the business go through many seasons of growth, but the most valuable investment she’s made has been in her team. While her heart is in building strong connections with dogs and their families, she’s equally passionate about creating a supportive environment where employees can learn, grow, and feel proud of the work they do.

Bre is a lifelong animal lover who has built her career around dog training and behavior. In addition to supporting our team and helping maintain a safe, structured environment, Bre also runs her own training company, Bea Pawsitive, and is passionate about rescue and rehabilitation. When she’s not at work, Bre enjoys time with her diverse animal family—including dogs, guinea pigs, horses, a cat, and a bunny!

Hailey brings creativity and passion to our team, organizing themed enrichment sessions, holiday photo shoots, raffles, and homemade treats that make daycare days extra fun. Her dog Kelow is a dog sport superstar, titled in Fast CAT, Rally, Agility, and more—a true testament to their shared love of training and adventure.

Shift Lead & Event Coordinator
Meg started as a daycare attendant and quickly worked her way up to Assistant Manager. She now oversees customer communications, new client onboarding, and daily operations. Known for her forward thinking and natural leadership, Meg is a trusted support system for both our team and the dogs in our care. At home, she enjoys time with her dogs Chance and Obie, cat Kenma, and horse Wrangler.

With a background in shelter work, kennels, and dog daycare, Brandyn brings valuable experience and a calm, caring presence to our team. His strong work ethic and love for animals make him a fast favorite among both dogs and coworkers. His Basset Hound, Ladybird, occasionally tags along to enjoy some fun at daycare, too.

Jess has been pampering pups at Pampered Paws since 2023, bringing with her three years of prior grooming experience. She’s known for forming genuine, trusting connections with each dog she grooms—turning every visit into a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Jess’s calm and caring nature helps even the most nervous pups feel safe and at ease.

From managing playgroups to assisting clients and curating our social media presence, Madi brings energy and versatility to every part of her role. She has a gift for connecting with dogs and clients, and her bond is instantly mutual. Madi’s dog, Skater, is a regular in daycare and always eager to play with friends.

Levi quickly built strong connections with both the dogs and team at Pampered Paws. With previous experience at a training-focused daycare, he brings valuable skills and a confident, thoughtful approach to his work. Levi has a natural ability to connect with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, and he’s a welcome addition to our growing team.

Ashlee brings heart and dedication to every shift, making it her mission to ensure each dog feels special and has a fulfilling experience at daycare and Canine Adventure. The dogs light up when they see her! Outside of work, Ashlee is pursuing her passion in esthetics and working toward becoming a licensed esthetician.

Nancy has been professionally training dogs since 2004, with a mission to strengthen the bond between dogs and their people through patient, encouraging, and effective positive reinforcement methods. She founded Pampered Paws Doggie Daycare in 2006 and continues to share her passion by leading training classes and weekend enrichment sessions. Her dedication to dogs and their families remains at the heart of everything we do.
